Melissa Garcia-Martin
Ms. Melissa Garcia-Martin has extensive experience in the areas of Commercial Litigation, Products Liability, Personal Injury, Insurance Defense, Employment Law, and Breach of Contract.
She has successfully represented numerous Fortune 500 companies in Texas and throughout the United States. Additionally, she represents small to medium-sized businesses in various litigation matters, including employment law, breach of contract, and commercial disputes.
Ms. Garcia-Martin has been recognized in Marquis' Who's Who In American Law and is a Fellow of the Texas Bar Foundation.
Prior to obtaining her law license, Ms. Garcia-Martin spent almost 10 years working for Harris County as a Court Clerk, Court Coordinator and Law Clerk for one of the Civil District Courts. This experience also afforded her the unique opportunity to observe numerous trials and participate in the decision-making process of countless motions and other proceedings held in a vast array of civil disputes. This unique experience continues to provide her with an advantage in all aspects of her daily law practice.
Ms. Garcia-Martin is licensed to practice in all Texas State Courts and the United States District Courts for the Southern and Northern Districts of Texas.
